Dream Collection is part of Dream Office, one of Dream’s highest-earning investments. Many of its buildings are historic and located in Toronto’s Bay Street corridor. The brand identity for Dream Collection was developed in collaboration with the Toronto-based agency Community, key stakeholders, and myself. I led its rollout across hoarding, large-format signage, property brochures, e-blasts, and other collateral. The rebrand aimed to position Dream’s buildings as the most luxurious and desirable office spaces in the city.

Window wraps on Dream Collection’s gem building, 330 Bay St., located at the corner of Bay and Adelaide. Featuring gorgeous artwork by Niyi Adeogun, these wraps not only promoted a premier retail space but also brought vibrancy and culture to the Bay Street corridor.
